SHIPPING METHOD & TIMES
1. Shipping is done via DHL.
2. Shipping rates can vary based on the location it’s shipped to, as well as the number and type of items you order (weight/size).
3. Delivery times vary depending on your purchased items. You will be able to select the requested delivery method upon checkout.
Awesomeness Takes Time!
Please bear in mind that every La Folie item is a one-of-a-kind piece, created according to our customer’s ideas and crafted especially for the women it is designed for. Therefore all custom orders may take up to four weeks to produce and we kindly ask for your understanding.
Items from our shop now section will be shipped within three working days.
All products are quality checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty La Folie will replace the goods. Items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging to be acceptable for replacement.
La Folie creates one-of-kind pieces that are customized items and therefore orders that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind and plausible reason for exchange must be provided.
Until it’s received by La Folie, the condition of the item you are returning is your responsibility. Over will not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transport, or any other damage applied to the goods before their arrival.
We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched or stained. All products must be returned in their departure condition (from us) with the package case intact.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
1. Before returning an item please email us within 3 days upon the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why are you returning it.
2. Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving an email from us, or up to 30 days upon your order arrival date.
3. Send the item(s) in it’s arriving condition along with the original packing.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If your order has not started being processed, email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we’ll let you know if your cancellation was successful.
Note: All “ready to ship“-orders which are processed and shipped up to two working days from the date when the order was placed.
