HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
We provide a detailed sizing chart and measuring instructions on each product page which is accessible by clicking the link “Size Chart”. We advise that you to always check the measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
WILL I BE CHARGED ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES?
Import and customs duties vary from country to country, and are usually charged when the parcel reaches it’s selected country destination. Because of that we cannot know if your parcel will be charged or what the cost would be.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sure, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 minutes upon your purchase with the stated issue and the order number, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. The order cannot be changed or cancelled once it departs our warehouse.
WHERE CAN I GET A COUPON CODE?
We know you guys like treats, so occasionally we tend to send out some in a form of a Coupon which you can redeem at our store. To catch one of these you might want to Subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
After choosing the products go to your cart where you will see a “Coupon” section. In order to redeem it simply enter the code as it’s shown, without any spaces between characters and click Apply. After that you will be able to see the discount amount and your current order total, upon which you need to proceed to the checkout phase to complete the order.
WHAT IS STRIPE?
Stripe is a well known payment processor we use in order to charge for our products. You will be redirected to their secure terminal to complete your purchase after completing the first two steps and clicking the “Checkout” button.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?
Yes. Before sending the item(s) back, please contact us at email@example.com with the stated issue All products are quality checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty La Folie will replace the goods. Items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging to be acceptable for replacement. La Folie creates one-of-kind pieces that are customized items and therefore orders that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind and plausible reason for exchange must be provided. Should you however wish to return a readymade item from our shop please make a clear note on the invoice sheet attached in your order and send this to the following address:
